I uploaded Timber Valley Pack 3: Hard As Steele yesteday to Amazon, B&N, Apple & Kobo. It went live on Amazon in the UK and Canada within a couple of hours and STILL isn’t live in the US. I don’t know why. I emailed Amazon, am waiting for a response.

So, I’m hoping it becomes available in the US soon! And it’s still not available on the Nook yet.
Just got your email update on book 3. Contacted Amazon via Live Chat, and chatted with Frank who after about 15 minutes of checking, advised me that it was the publisher’s fault it was not yet on the US site. I seriously did not get that as it was on UK site, so doesn’t Amazon converse with itself? Will try to wait patiently.
They are telling everyone this! It is really frustrating. It turns out that it is a widespread glitch, and that many people who published with Amazon this weekend still do not have their books in the US, but do have them up in other countries.
And it is ridiculous that they are saying that it is MY fault that it’s not up in the US!
But I appreciate your contacting them! Thank you very much for doing that. I’ll keep working on it on my end.
