So, I was really struggling with the Pixie book, and I finally realized I needed to revamp it. I had to go back and redo the plot and the outline, and now I am back on track and really loving what’s happening with the book. My apologies to everyone! I hate having to miss my self imposed deadline. However, it will be out in about 10 to 15 days. Thank you for your patience!
No worries. I think I speak for the majority of your fans when I say that I would prefer to read a book you are happy with and a book that I will hopefully enjoy rather than something you rushed. 10-15 days is no big deal. If you were going to revamp it for the next 5 years, then I think there would be collective grumbling. 🙂
Fortunately for us all, I am not George R. R. Martin! Wait, he’s probably a squillionaire, with an incredibly successful book and TV series. Honestly though – I could not take years and years to write a book, especially a book that was part of a series. It would drive me crazy. (-er.) But thank you for your patience and understanding, I appreciate it!
I agree! Another two weeks isn´t going to kill anyone. Besdes, it gives stresse people like me or worse something to look forward to. And usually, the more the author likes it the better it is. Ergo: take your time… ;-))
